Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Create engaging short-form videos from concept to execution

•⁠ ⁠Shoot and edit Reels optimized for social media platforms

•⁠ ⁠Adapt trends into brand-aligned content

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with marketing and design teams

•⁠ ⁠Maintain consistent visual style and storytelling

•⁠ ⁠Optimize content for engagement and retention

•⁠ ⁠Deliver content according to the content calendar

•⁠ ⁠2–3 years of experience creating Reels or short-form videos

•⁠ ⁠Strong storytelling and visual sense

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)

•⁠ ⁠Solid understanding of social media trends and algorithms

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work efficiently under deadlines

•⁠ ⁠High attention to detail
